New build luxury six persons villa with large private pool, garden and lots of small gadgets that will make your stay easy, comfortable and relaxing.
The unique Mediterranean design of the villa gives it a spacious character. Only a 9-minute walk from Dalyan center and the large supermarket is a 5-minute walk. Villa Crescent is situated in a quiet area and has an open view; from the upstairs bedroom, you even have a view on the rock tombs.
The lush garden has a wide entrance leading you to the front door and shed where 4 pushbikes are available for you. The villa has downstairs a spacious living with fireplace, LCD satellite TV, wireless internet and doors opening direct on the terrace spanning the width of the villa.
The kitchen has all equipment you need for your stay, fridge freezer, oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster etc. From the kitchen, you access the terrace that is overlooking the pool.
The swimming pool for the younger ones is separated with safety bars from the large deep pool. A total of 49,50 sqm swimming pool.
The terrace is the ideal place for evening dinners or lazy long summer breakfast. The terrace is child friendly; from here the pool cannot easily be reached by children.
The far-side of the garden is a perfect place to chill out, snooze away in the afternoon on the kiosk and make the BBQ in the special Turkish stone BBQ. This area is closed with small gates so the young ones can play freely on the grass while you are reading your book.
Upstairs is one large double bedroom with windows walls and overlooking Dalyan and the Rock tombs. The en suite bathroom makes it complete.
The two other bedrooms are a double & twin sharing the family bathroom.
A villa where a lot of thought has gone in to making your stay in Dalyan as comfortable as possible.

Kids are more than welcome. This special safety rail has been built in to protect to children from "just" walking in the pool.

The amount of your refund is determined by the date that you notify Dalyan.travel (Kaunos Tours) of your cancellation.
Cancellations fees apply as follow:
- 30 or more days prior check in date: amount of deposit.
- 14-29 days prior check in date: 50% of the booking fee.
- 0-13 days prior check in date: bookings fee with a maximum of 7 nights.
- "No-Show" or check out prior booked date: bookings fee with a maximum of 7 nights.
