Richard has owned the villa for many years and loves the tranquillity of the area. He is always happy to have guests in his villas enjoying Dalyan just as much as he does.

The villa has been built and is being maintained by local workmen and companies.
Beside the normal brick, a part of the villa has been built using local stones. This gives the villa a very Turkish look; and a natural insulation.
The villa uses a solar water heaters and electricity in the rooms is available as long as the key is inserted in the particular slot (that means the air conditioning goes off the moment guests step out of the room with the keys).
