Outside the 1.3 acre mature gardens are privately enclosed and include 2 pools, the large pool at 150 square metres has an integral jacuzzi and kids pool, while the smaller pool at 35 square metres also has a jacuzzi and can be heated for all year usage. The gardens also include a barbeque area and marina where you can fish in the river or just lazily watch the boats passing to and from the beach. You are only a 5-minute stroll from the town centre and all the high class restaurants Dalyan has to offer. The nearest shop is two minutes away for your provisions. Dalyan boasts one of the most famous beaches in the world, which is accessed by a meandering 15 minute ride on a boat taxi from your marina.
