Master bedroom and en suite has a double bed, built in wardrobe, and bed side cabinets.

The other 3 large bedrooms contain twin beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers and bed-side cabinets.

There are 3 bath / shower rooms, one on each floor (en suite is the first floor option)

The basement floor bathroom also doubles as the laundry room.

The modern kitchen and dining area are found on the ground floor. The kitchen includes all the usual mod cons such as larder fridge /freezer, cooker & hob, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, utensils, crockery & cutlery.

Dining area has a table and 6 chairs.

The open plan lounge on the first floor has a large corner leather sofa, cabinets, and tables. It opens onto a spacious balcony with stunning views of the garden, river and rock tombs beyond.

Patio table and chairs are on the ground floor and sun loungers are available around the pool.
