The villa's stone finish is not only beautiful, but it is key to keeping the house cool in summer and warm in winter. It has beautifully manicured lawns, a private pool, Jacuzzi and a barbeque perfect for relaxing in the warmth of the Turkish sun. Your two private balconies allow you to enjoy the stunning views and picturesque sunsets over pre-dinner drinks.
A feature of the house is the romantic fireplace set in the villa's large, open-plan living room, which opens directly onto your private terrace. The living room is equipped with TV, DVD player, Xbox and games. The spacious open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
The Villa Bayram sleeps eight (8) people in a total of four good sized bedroooms.

Cancellation fees apply if you cancel within seven (7) days of your scheduled arrival time/date. You will be charged the full reservation with a maximum of seven (7) nights. The remaining reservation will be cancelled.
