Villa Helmia

Just 8 minutes from town, the air conditioned villa has all amenities necessary for a relaxed and comfortable holiday, including three bathrooms.

On the top floor is a large double room; the first floor has two twin rooms and one double room. All the rooms have access to a balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with an espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer.

The pool, with sun beds all around, is located in the lush garden with citrus and oleanders trees.

What's more, from the villa guests can view the sunset behind the Rocky Mountains.

Late check-outs are possible, upon request. Guests are requested to check with the local agency for further details.

Children are more than welcome at the villa.

Cancellation fees apply if a cancellation is made within seven days of the scheduled arrival date. Guests are charged the full reservation with a maximum of seven nights. The remaining reservation will be cancelled.
