A four bedroom villa set over three floors. One bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, which is ideal for the less mobile. Set on a complex there is a large shared pool, plus a smaller heated pool and two jacuzzis. The site has its own jetty.

The amount of your refund is determined by the date that you notify Dalyan.travel (Kaunos Tours) of your cancellation.
Cancellations fees apply as follow:
- 30 or more days prior check-in date: amount of deposit.
- 14-29 days prior check in date: 50% of the booking fee.
- 0-13 days prior check in date: bookings fee with a maximum of 7 nights.
- "No-Show" or check out prior booked date: bookings fee with a maximum of 7 nights.
