A peaceful location with panoramic view over the Mediterranean and Iztuzu Beach. A great place for those who are looking for a quiet holiday far away from the crowds and the humdrum of daily life.
Villa Ruyam is located in Gokbel at only a 20-minute drive from Dalyan centre. The private villa is situated in the large pine forest and has a large terrace overlooking the valley as well the Iztuzu beach. Every day you can enjoy another stunning sunset while chilling out on one of the sun loungers or in the traditional Turkish kosk.
The 4-bedroom villa is exclusive and owner-designed. The villa boasts a large open plan living area with Turkish rugs and a comfortable seating area. The practical kitchen is spacious and will help make your holiday cooking easy.
Sliding doors to the wide terrace and the infinity pool (salt water) are accessed from the living area. There are sun loungers placed around the pool for the sun worshippers. If you want some shade then enjoy the comfortable Turkish kosk.
In the evening, you can create delicious food with the built-in barbecue and watch the stars shooting through the sky.

The first corner shop (bread, milk etc.) is 3 km away (but your neighbours are happy to give you some sugar if you run out). The large supermarkets are in Dalyan, which is only a 20-minute drive by private car.
You will find restaurants, bars and banks are available in Dalyan.

The amount of your refund is determined by the date that you notify Dalyan.travel (Kaunos Tours) of your cancellation.
Cancellations fees apply as follow:
- 30 or more days prior check in date: amount of deposit.
- 14-29 days prior check in date: 50% of the booking fee.
- 0-13 days prior check in date: bookings fee with a maximum of 7 nights.
- "No-Show" or check out prior booked date: bookings fee with a maximum of 7 nights.
