The villa's garden has a boundary made of climbers and many different fruit trees. It has a private pool with sun beds around. The large terrace overlooks the pool and garden and is an ideal spot to enjoy lazy holiday mornings. The Turkish kosk (sitting area) is covered with colorful climbers and is made comfortable with many cushions.
The villa also has a large kitchen with lounge overlooking the terrace and the private swimming pool. The lounge has two sofas and an armchair, TV + DVD player. The new kitchen has all necessities required for comfortable holiday cooking plus there is a large BBQ in the garden.
Upstairs are three bedrooms with balconies. The master bedroom has an en-suite, the two other bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double bedded) share the family bathroom.

The amount of your refund is determined by the date that you notify Dalyan.travel (Kaunos Tours) of your cancellation.
Cancellations fees apply as follow:
- 30 or more days prior check in date: amount of deposit
- 14-29 days prior check in date: 50% of the booking fee
- 0-13 days prior check in date: bookings fee with a maximum of 7 nights
- "No-Show" or check out prior booked date: bookings fee with a maximum of 7 nights
