The villa, which is the last villa in a group of four, is about 15 minutes away from the centre of town by foot or 5 minutes by bike. There are two bikes, which can be rented for a modest rate.

Please note that the pool is 1.8 m deep with no shallower parts and it is not fenced off. Also, there is an open stairway to the attic bedroom.

There are three air conditioned double rooms, one with double bed and the others with twin beds. The steps that lead to the attic bedroom, which has its own sink, are rather steep.
