Mulberry House is the perfect accommodation to experience traditional Turkish life. This beautifully appointed house is located just a few minutes walk from the city centre and offers privacy that hotels cannot. Available for hire all year round, the Mulberry House was built to resemble a traditional Turkish design.

The Mulberry House has a huge mulberry tree in front of it; the large tree gives a nice shade to the terrace that overlooks the wild garden. It has two bedrooms, one with an en suite and a cozy sitting room with a chimney. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to do your basic holiday cooking. Four pushbikes are included in the rental price.

Cancellation Policy:

You must notify us directly if you need to cancel your reservation. You can contact us per e-mail: info@dalyan.travel, use your booking page or phone us: +90 252 284 2816

The amount of your refund is determined by the date that you notify Dalyan.travel (Kaunos Tours) of your cancellation.

Cancellations fees apply as  follow:

  • 30 or more days prior check in date: amount of deposit.
  • 14-29 days prior check in date: 50% of the booking fee.
  • 0-13 days prior check in date: bookings fee with a maximum of 7 nights.
  • "No-Show" or check out prior booked date: bookings fee with a maximum of 7 nights.

Late check-out policy:

We are happy to help you with our late check-out services. Please ask the office for the possibility of late check out or leaving luggage at Kaunos.


Children policy:

Children are more then welcome in the house.
