The amount of your refund is determined by the date that you notify Dalyan.travel (Kaunos Tours) of your cancellation.

Cancellations fees apply as  follow:

  • 30 or more days prior check in date: amount of deposit.
  • 14-29 days prior check in date: 50% of the booking fee.
  • 0-13 days prior check in date: bookings fee with a maximum of 7 nights.
  • "No-Show" or check out prior booked date: bookings fee with a maximum of 7 nights.

Late check-out policy:

We are happy to help you with our late check-out services. Please ask the reception for the possibility of leaving your baggage in the luggage room or holding the room.


Children policy:

Children are more then welcome in the hotel. We have special rates if they share the room with you and a special menu for the small ones.
